Design project of a loft apartment in light and white colors

Currently, the use of loft aesthetics is possible not only in spaces that were once production workshops or warehouses. A small bar-type counter has become a place for organizing short meals. And the stools of the original design effectively complemented the cozy place for breakfast.

The bright, smooth facades of kitchen cabinets, arranged using a linear layout, are by far the most economical option in terms of consumption of square meters. The lack of fittings on the cabinet doors also saves the much needed centimeters of the kitchen area. From the loft style, the kitchen space got brickwork, although not in its natural color, but with a snow-white surface, but it was very textured and effective from the point of view of the visual impression made.

Despite some isolation of the kitchen space, part of its furniture and decoration is extended into the living room area. Here we see the inclusion of snow-white bricks in the decoration of the walls and the presence of open shelves with lighting, similar to those that were used in the kitchen. A small sofa with bright coral leather upholstery has become a difficult decoration in the living room, and a focal point that attracts attention.

Open shelves for souvenirs and other trifles do not burden the interior, but even act as a decor. Thanks to the backlight of the lower part of the structures, they seem to soar in the air. And in the evening, backlighting creates a more intimate, secluded setting than central lighting.

Snow-white wall decoration always helps out in small spaces, it contributes not only to the visual expansion of rooms, but also to the creation of a light and laid-back atmosphere, and serves as an excellent backdrop for furnishing and decorating any color scheme.

Opposite the living room’s soft zone, there is a video zone on the sliding panel. The advantage of modern TVs, of course, is their thin screens, which can be hung like a picture on almost any surface. The combination of surfaces "under a light tree" and "under a concrete" brought originality to the interior of this segment of the room. Currently, in the shops of building and finishing materials, you can buy both wall panels and wallpapers, the surface of which looks like concrete, but you don’t need to worry about the negative qualities of such planes, but take advantage of the selected material.

In the bedroom we see a simple and laconic interior with a predominance of light shades. Snow-white wall decoration visually expands the space, the use of concrete inserts and lamps hanging from the ceiling with transparent shades remind us of the introduction of loft aesthetics into the modern design of personal space. The furniture is simple and clear, the decor is practically absent, even textiles do not bring color diversity to the palette of the interior - everything in this bedroom works to create the most neutral, relaxing atmosphere, which serves only as a background to create a favorable atmosphere for a good sleep.

Thick curtains of dark chocolate color and the finest snow-white tulle created an attractive outward and functional union. For rooms decorated in the loft style, the use of textiles for window decoration is unusual, but the apartment’s room has never been a production workshop, and the windows in the room are of standard size, and it’s important for the bedroom to create optimally favorable lighting.

Concrete wall panels give some industrial finish to vertical surfaces and serve as an excellent neutral background for the video zone created opposite the bed.

Attention to detail is the key to successful implementation of design ideas. As always, the overall impression is made up of many nuances, details and small things. In the design of a room for sleeping and relaxing, even with the simplest and most rigorous interior, it is important to pay attention even to seemingly insignificant design elements.
